In the center of Folgaria, not too large but very welcoming restaurant. I recommend booking. Very kind and attentive staff, we ate two main dishes containing tastings of typical Trentino dishes, a platter of local cured meats and cheeses (amazing), a trio of dumplings and a wonderful slice of Sacher. Tasty and soft, better than that of the famous Viennese pastry shop that invented it. For three 95

Super recommended!!!The service is fast and kind, very approachable and simple but makes the atmosphere welcoming and familiar.We took some game meats as an appetizer and, what can I say: incredible!The single dish is spectacular and a good way to taste some of the typical dishes of the area. The venison is really cooked perfectly.I highly recommend this inn for a substantial lunch at a fair price.

Loved this place! This was the 3rd restaurant we walked in asking for a table for 2. The other 2 were full. When we came to this Trattoria, they looked around and told us that we could fit in a small table if we didn’t mind or we could come back in 45 min. We were so happy to have the small table. The staff was so friendly and the food was delicious. Totally recommend, but maybe try making a reservation in Folgeria if you re planning to come!
